Educational Path
BOSERUP SKOLERNE
The Educational Path is hidden in the Boserup Forest and offers all kids and their adults an experience that opens up the senses. It is designed for you to slow down and connect with nature in unexpected creative and playful ways. You are invited to interact and even continue to build some of the structures you find there.
You can also see if you can find a geocaching treasure hidden in the area.
The Path was conceptualised and made by participants at the 'Roots of Connection' festival led by Jordens Skole. It´s a work in progress.

WHAT TO FIND ON THE PATH?
Along the path there is a number of elements that you can play with, lie on, build. You might also be invited to solve a task, search for something or close your eyes while walking along a rope.
GUIDING PRINCIPLES
Behind the path and its elements of discovery and interaction the creators have formulated a set of principles that can be of inspiration for your visit to the forest.
CREATING THE PATH
Root of Connection Festival invited Helle Solvang from Jordens Skole to facilitate the making and co-creation of the path with the participants.
How to get there?
As soon as you arrive at the busstop or the car-park at Boserup Skov next to the schools you will be able to find the iconic cats and cat paws leading the way to the 'Educational path'.
You walk behind the school bulding, cross the car parks and the forest path is right there.
You can also use the 'Geocaching link below' to find the path and the gathering area of the path.

Who can use the path?
The path is open for public all year round and all through day and night.
It is especially suitable for kids and their adults. The path is short and easily accessible - not more than 700 meters.
With all the interactions you can prolong your forest walk and spend hours in the area. There is even a place where you can gather and rest, light a fire and sleep in the shelter.
