What you can find on the Path

A swing is hidden in the forest to the left of the main trail. You can swing and feel the wind on your skin. Perhaps look up. It might tickle and you might notice the sun breaking through the leaves of the trees above you.  

Interact with trees. In this forest there is a variety of different trees. Find the small signs an learn the names of the trees. You can also start a dialogue with the trees. Ask them how they communicate with each other? And listen to their answer. You might have to be very quiet and be present for a long time to hear the answer. 

Blindwalking. When you walk with closed eyes you will sense a lot of things, that you do not normally pay attention to. The different sensations under your feet. The light and shades. The sounds and much more. You are aware in a new way. 
Hold on to the rope and walk slowly with your senses open. 

A buffet for insects is next to the swing in the dense forest. This is a structure that is easy to interact with. You are invited to fill up the insect-hotel and over time we will have co-created a huge fence for insects. Your contribution is a part of the whole. 

Light a fire. There is a fireplace along the path. If you are with an adult you are allowed to find wood and light the fire. Around a fire you can tell each other stories, sing songs or just quietly watch the flames. 

There are spaces where the path invites you to stay for a longer time. Sitting or lying down. Lighting a fire, having a conversation or singing a song. Being quiet together or playing a game. You are also welcome to create your own space there. Perhaps in one of the trees.
